MultiServe (“we”) is an AI services platform for businesses; its first service is WhatsApp customer service. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

multiserve.io is an introduction site. It has no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking or analytics tools.

• Your preferences stay with you. Language and theme choices are saved only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us.
• The demo runs in your browser. Nothing you type into the simulator is transmitted or stored anywhere.
• Hosting logs. The infrastructure serving this site (Railway) records standard access data — IP address, browser type, request time — for security and operations.
• Fonts. Fonts are served from our own servers and never loaded from a third party, so no one but us receives the request.

When a business connects its WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s official flows, we process messages between that business and its customers on the business’s behalf and only to provide the service: understanding requests, replying in the business’s voice, handing over to staff when needed, and keeping an audit record of what the platform did.

• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
• Sensitive data (such as credentials) is stored encrypted; each business’s data is structurally isolated from every other’s, and any disclosure is logged.
• The business remains responsible for its customers’ data; we process it under the business’s instructions and this policy.
• WhatsApp message processing is additionally governed by Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform terms.

If you are a customer of a business using MultiServe: your messages are held on behalf of the business you contacted, so direct your deletion request to them first. You can also email privacy@multiserve.io with the business name and the number you messaged from, and we will carry out the deletion in coordination with them.

If you are a subscribed business: request deletion of your entire workspace from the same address. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where the law requires retention.

Visitors to this website: we hold nothing about you to delete — browser preferences are cleared from your own browser settings.

We share data only with the service providers the platform runs on — hosting, messaging via Meta/WhatsApp, and email — strictly as needed to operate the service, or where the law requires it.

If this policy changes materially, we update the effective date above and publish the new version on this same page.
